Born in 1997 in Tottori Prefecture.
She spent 4 years in Okayama during her college years and was awakened to the charms of Omachi rice.
Moved to Tokyo in 2020 and obtained J.S.A SAKE DIPLOMA in 2021 by self-study.
Her favorite things to do are playing the flute and drinking sake alone. Currently exploring food and sake all over Japan!

大学卒業後、福島中央テレビでアナウンサーとして７年間勤務した後、テレビ愛知へ。
福島に住んでいた時代に日本酒の美味しさに目覚め、夜な夜な晩酌で日本酒を嗜む。
好きな言葉は「笑う門には福来る」。
担当番組は「キン・ドニーチ」「5時スタ」ほか。ポッドキャスト「ながエフエム」も配信中。

After graduating from university, worked for Fukushima Chuo Television for 7 years as an announcer.
While living in Fukushima, she discovered the taste of sake and enjoys drinking sake every night.

He made his debut as an author when "Isekai Ekisha no Cafe" was selected as the winner of the 4th Internet Novel Award.
Since then, he has been active as an author, writer, and Nagoya-meshi cook expert, writing novels, original manga, recipe books, columns, essays, and other works.
As a Nagoya-meshi cook expert, he has developed more than 250 Nagoya-meshi recipes. He is also currently active as a youtuber.
Whenever a sake event is held in Nagoya, he is often seen drinking sake while saying "researching sake that goes well with Nagoya-meshi".

会社員として働く中、美味しい日本酒に偶然出会う。
