大学卒業後、福島中央テレビでアナウンサーとして７年間勤務した後、テレビ愛知へ。
福島に住んでいた時代に日本酒の美味しさに目覚め、夜な夜な晩酌で日本酒を嗜む。
好きな言葉は「笑う門には福来る」。

Born in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture.
After graduating from university, worked for Fukushima Chuo Television for 7 years as an announcer.
While living in Fukushima, she discovered the taste of sake and enjoys drinking sake every night.
Her favorite saying is "Good fortune comes to those who smile.
She is currently broadcasting programs such as "Kin-donichi" and "5 O'clock News," as well as the podcast "NAGA FM".
