日本酒ライター/コラムニスト/唎酒師/シードルマスター

会社員時代に日本酒と出会い、その魅力に惹かれ日本酒BARでの副業を開始。2015年から日本酒ライターとして活動を始め、翌年フリーランスとして独立。「とっておきの1本をみつける感動を多くの人に」という想いのもと、雑誌やウェブで記事執筆をするかたわら、日本酒バーや小料理店で女将を務め、店づくりにも携わる。2018年から2024年にかけて兵庫県の酒蔵で酒造りや経営に従事し、現在は「日本酒のなんでも屋」として取材執筆、町おこしアドバイザー、酒蔵コンサルタントとして幅広い活動を行っている。北海道札幌市生まれ。東京都在住。

Sake Writer / Columnist / Sommelier of Sake (kikisake-shi) / Cider Master 

During my time working in a corporate environment, I discovered sake and was captivated by its allure. This led me to start a side job at a sake bar. In 2015, I began working as a sake writer, and the following year, I transitioned to freelancing. Driven by the desire for people to experience the joy of finding their own special sake, I have written articles for magazines and websites while also managing a sake bar and a small  sake restaurant, actively contributing to the atmosphere and experience of these establishments. From 2018 to 2024, I worked in both production and management at a sake brewery in Hyogo Prefecture. Now, as a "jack-of-all-trades" in the sake world,
As a "sake connoisseur," she travels around the country to convey the taste of sake, the fascination of Japanese culture, and the history and richness of the local area.
Born in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and currently residing in Tokyo.
