大学時代の4年間を岡山で過ごし、雄町米の魅力に目覚める。
2020年に上京し、2021年に独学でJ.S.A SAKE DIPLOMA取得。
好きなことはフルートを吹くことと日本酒ひとりのみ。全国の食とお酒を開拓中！

Born in 1997 in Tottori Prefecture.
She spent 4 years in Okayama during her college years and was awakened to the charms of Omachi rice.
Moved to Tokyo in 2020 and obtained J.S.A SAKE DIPLOMA in 2021 by self-study.
Her favorite things to do are playing the flute and drinking sake alone. Currently exploring food and sake all over Japan!
